  • Bill Vetre
    Director Parts and Service

    Bill has worked in the automotive Service and Parts business for over 45 years. Many of those years working right here in New Britain at Tufano Motors. Bill joined the Papa's team in 2010 as our Parts Manager and because of his wealth of knowledge and customer focussed attitude he was quickly given the charge of overseeing both the Service and Parts Departments. His philosophy is to treat all of our customers with respect and honesty. Bill is a local guy who graduated from New Britain High School and loves to fish.

  • Kyle Roberts
    Service Manager
    EXT: 3202

    Kyle is a fourth generation associate here at Papa's. His great-grandfather worked here, his grandfather was our Service Manager for 50 years and his dad was part of the Papa's team for many years as well. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and is a great asset in running the Service Department at Papa's. He is committed to making sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their Service experience.

  • Chris Ivanoff
    Service Advisor
    EXT: 3204

    Chris has been in the automotive business for nearly 10 years with much of that being Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience. His customers love working with him because of his easy going and friendly demeanor. Chris is a graduate of Albertus Magnus and holds a Masters Degree from Southern Connecticut University. He is an avid fisherman, loves furniture making and previously owned his own antique furniture restoration business.

  • Matt Shavers
    Service Advisor
    EXT: 3205

    Matthew joined the Papa's team in early 2015 as a Vehicle Consultant in our Internet Department becoming our AEV (American Expedition Vehicles) expert. Matt transitioned over to the Service Department as a Service Advisor in 2016 because of his knowledge of vehicles and enjoyment of working with our guests. His warm personality is just as evident over the phone as it is in person. He truly cares about making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their experience. After attending college at Trinity University in San Antonio Texas, he has lived in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Atlanta, and now Connecticut. Matt and his family are avid campers and love going on new adventures.

  • Jordan McMahon
    Service Advisor
    EXT: 3204

    Jordan began his career in the automotive industry after graduating from Cheney Tech with an Automotive Degree in 2010. After working three years as a Retail Parts Pro and Shift Manager for Advance Auto Parts, Jordan joined the Papa's team in 2014 as a Lube Tech in our Express Lane. After only a year, he became a Service Advisor. Jordan enjoys his job as a Service Advisor because of the opportunity to connect with hundreds of different people and learn new things. He is an SRT expert and likes the challenge of learning about the constant technology advances with vehicles.

  • Brad Haskins
    Service Advisor

    Brad has over 33 years in the automotive business. Brad enjoys working with our guests where his focus is always on customer satisfaction. In his spare time Brad enjoys playing golf and any activity where he can build something.

  • Michelle Vetre
    Express Lane Advisor
    EXT: 3209

    Michelle started her career at Papa's in 2014 as our Express Lane Advisor. She enjoys working with customers and considers Papa's "a cool place to work." A graduate of New Britain High School, she attended Tunxis Community College. Michelle is a dog lover, especially her own two Staffordshire Terriers! She likes to paint and draw and loves going to the beach. Michelle is organized, efficient and customer focused and will get you in and out for your oil change in a jiffy!
